I guess that you try to register in their affiliate program. Normally, they approve the registration within a few days. However, if they reject you try to use the Admitad affiliate network instead. We have an article with instructions on how to connect the plugin to the Admitad platform.
Hello I am also rejected to Admitad. Could you please cancel my download licence and refund? Thanks.
It means that your store has an infringement of their polices. Perhaps you try to sell prohibited goods.
