ParticipantJanuary 25, 2023 at 10:50 pm #14100I have the same issue here, and I’m on the latest version as well. 1.24.3
Can’t import products by either with the chrome plugin, or by “Import Product by URL or ID”, they all give the Import Failed: Undefined error. Hope they fix it soon!

ParticipantJanuary 26, 2023 at 9:08 am #14105I think I got the issue, this only occur when Daily limits of reviews is 101/100. You can import limited products if reviews were enabled and unlimited when reviews were not enabled…

ParticipantJanuary 26, 2023 at 2:30 pm #14107I have 0/100 reviews, as the website is in construction, and I’m not even importing reviews or have any. Also rollback plugin isn’t working on Ali2woo plugin, the rollback option is available to most of my plugin, but not Ali2woo so this method is also not working.

KeymasterJanuary 27, 2023 at 12:02 am #14109Regarding “Import Failed: Undefined” message – it means that the plugin gets an empty response from AliExpress API using your update token.
You can try to create a new token: instruction
If you create a new token and still have such a problem, it means AliExpress API put a temporary block on your token keys. It can happen if you import/sync any products recently.
From our experience, AlIExpress can unblock your token in a few days if you for example turn off auto-sync and stop doing any requests to AliExpress API. Then you can make new requests again.
If your business needs regular updates (prices, stock, shipping info, etc.) and you don’t want want to depend on an update token, you can migrate to our new plugin: AliNext. It doesn’t use tokens to import and sync your products, because under the hood it’s based on our own parsers instead of AlIExpress API.
Both plugins (Ali2Woo and AliNext) have the same graphic interface, also they AliNext is fully compatible with Ali2Woo. Just deactivate Ali2Woo and activate AliNext in your store.
Also, there you will fine a link to AliNext live demo.

ParticipantJuly 4, 2023 at 1:07 am #14400Recently while importing products from AliExpress we encountered en error: Import Failed: Undefined. Judging by the response from Admin it has to do something with API quotas. So my question what are AliExpress daily/monthly quotas for API usage.

KeymasterJuly 23, 2023 at 11:10 am #14411AliExpress manages this on their side. You get a token and then tey watch for your token activity. Thet don’t have api method to get the remaining quota for your token. So this is a black box.
