Resolved: How to fix errors: “a2w_remote_get error” and with CURL certificate?

Hello,

I recently purchased your plugin less than a month ago, and until now, everything had been functioning properly. I have ensured that I am using the latest version of the plugin and PHP. However, I am currently encountering an issue when attempting to import a product. Each time I try, I receive an “import failed” message. Additionally, the system info displays the following error:

Server ping:

ERROR The error message is: a2w_remote_get error

I would greatly appreciate any assistance you can provide in resolving this issue. Thank you in advance for your help.

Hi there, already updated to the latest version 1.25.2
But when i try to import products with the chrome extension and also via the “Search Products” in the ali2woo plugin area, it wont let me.
already checked that the API is ok to the chrome extension and have valid aliexpress token, with the chrome extension we simply get “Product (id: xxxxxx) Import Failed.”
on the Search products when we search for a product we get this error : [1002]Build request error
Please help.

Hi there, we already tried that, we can see the products when we search for a specific keyword, but when we click on Import Product we receive “Internal Error” so we can’t import any product in any possible way.

Looks like its fixed by itself, maybe a problem from aliexpress API
