Import Problems [question duplicate]

Hi, I’ve updated the plugin to the latest version, Checked AliExpress API token (Expired on May 18 2023), I’ve renew the API key

But I get error when importing from AliExpress Product (id: 3256804393492532) Import Failed.

Or when importing from the WordPress Backoffice: Import failed. undefined

Please advice

We have found the issue and update the plugin. Please update your Ali2Woo plugin to 1.25.5 version. It’s already available on Codecanyon.

I updated the plugin and still get error when trying to import with the Chrome extension.

Product (id: 1005004869460179) Import Failed.

In Ali2woo “search product” it’s working fine but not with the chrome extension.

Hi now importing but not import everything (pictures, prices, description etc.) and products staying in draft.

It’s not a bug but a feature, plugin import products step by step, once product is fully loaded you will see all its imagesm description, variants, etc. For further infromation read the following article: https://help.ali2woo.com/codex/no-images-descriptions-after-import/
