To my surprise, the company's response was that they are going to release a new aliexpress plugins without errors, so we will be obsolete with the ali2woo plugins since they will not bother to fix it, if not they better release a new one and so we will have to go back to buy one that works. This really seems like a scam to me and we should start a campaign to demand that they give us the new plugins or give us our money back. I have attached the response from customer service and if you want to check it for yourself, ask too. -- "Hello, the plugin is based on Aliexpress API. Sometimes it returns inaccurate shipping data. We can't do anything with that. A few days ago we launched a new plugin that is based on our own parser scripts. It gives accurate data always. You can go with any plugin you prefer. Definitely, AliNext provides more reliable and accurate data than Ali2Woo, however Ali2Woo is great solution, that thousands dropshipping stores use.
I have to agree YaYo. The Ali2Woo plugin not working is not our fault. And this new system was something that should have been a replacement to atone for the buggy system with ali2woo they came up with that we paid for.
Even Ali2Woo Service Worker was turned off to force people to go to AliNext.
This is not right I have been a great customer and bought more than 4 plugins with licenses.
If people stop using the plugin and quit they will lose this one.
I put a lot of time and effect into this plugin and they were do great for us. I have no clue why they would try to get more out of us like this. I am about to quit this whole Dropshipping thing as a whole. Every company is doing something messed up to take more while we try to make money!
It is one thing after another. I might not be back because I might be out of business now. I was hoping I could use my Ali2Woo 5-bought licenses now I can’t.
Nothing new, others are gaining and we are losing money without a timeframe or notices that they are shutting down the old plugin or not updating it so we can still use it.
My life was depending on this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! to stay working.

We don’t turn off any features on our side.
“Ali2Woo Service Worker” – was a feature in chrome extension before AliExpress updated their portal. So after the update that feature doesn’t work. Great news that, in fact, you don’t need Service Worker feature, because you can sync your order through AliExpress API.
Regarding Ali2Woo and AliNext as it was already discussed here – AliNext is new dropshipping plugin that doesn’t use AliExpress API under the hood. This is our parallel project.
So it’s up to you: if you satisfy with AliExpress, you can use Ali2Woo, if you want to work with AliExpress using our parsers, go to AliNext.
