A few days ago I complained to the plugin support because it is not working well with respect to loading the shipping options. To my surprise, the company’s response was that they are going to release a new aliexpress plugins without errors, so we will be obsolete with the ali2woo plugins since they will not bother to fix it, if not they better release a new one and so we will have to go back to buy one that works. This really seems like a scam to me and we should start a campaign to demand that they give us the new plugins or give us our money back. I have attached the response from customer service and if you want to check it for yourself, ask too. — “Hello, the plugin is based on Aliexpress API. Sometimes it returns inaccurate shipping data. We can’t do anything with that. A few days ago we launched a new plugin that is based on our own parser scripts. It gives accurate data always. I can tell you further about the new plugin if you have interest. BTW for those users who want to migrate to new solution, we have a gift that is available until 20 January. 04/01/2023 12:42”
