if i buy your $70 Advanced pack  and 1st month complete 30000 product Upload in my 10 site and not paid next month. is my all product work or not?

in my Starter pack if i download 1000 product in my site then some day later i delete 200 product and again download 200 product- can it possible?

i need to add 2000 product in my site. what can i do now or how much money cay you take this upgradation
