I just purchase, installed and configured your plugin as per the docs. However, it is not sending any emails. Also, the csv’s are not being saved in the directory I configured. I specified the full path on the server.
Our site is WP Multisite. Our site send hundreds of emails daily via the WP Mail SMTP plugin using Mailgun. Everything is working and our site is sending emails, but I’m not receiving any from your plugin. I have created numerous Gravity Form test entries and scheduled it to send hourly, but no emails get sent.
I don’t know what else to check because it looks like everything is configured correctly as per your docs. I also turned on WP Debug mode temporarily and there is nothing related to your plugin.
