Good evening,
It’s been more than a month now that I haven’t been able to upload new items to my Woocommerce site using Ali2woo
The integration works well, the price of the items is updated daily.
I also periodically renew the API expiry, but nothing. When I try to import a new item either via the Chrome extension or through Search Products, the error message that appears is “Import failed. undefined”
I don’t know how to do it anymore, I really don’t think it’s a temporary block of the API as mentioned otherwise it wouldn’t have lasted that long and I can also synchronize the price of the item and more.
What can I do, are there any solutions?
