Purchase key can be used on one domain.
If you activate it on several domain, then it can cause such issue.
Send a ticket to the support center and include to the ticket what domain you want to use with the key, we’ll attach it to that.

KeymasterNovember 22, 2018 at 7:42 pm in reply to: How to charge another shipping fee for manual added (own) products? #6121We’ve added the “Default shipping class” option to Ali2Woo settings.
A short instruction how to assign the class to products:
1) Add a new shipping class in WooCommerce settings
2) Open Ali2Woo settings (Shipping settings tab) and set that class as default shipping ( screenshot) and save the changes.
3) That shipping class will be automatically assigned to all new products you import from AliExpress. But It will no be connected to ones you have already in your store. Thanks

KeymasterNovember 22, 2018 at 1:46 am in reply to: Ali2woo plugin product upload plan life time 1000 or per month 1000 ? #6119Hello,
Yes, 1000 products quota is for life time. Also if you delete 200 products, you can import 200 ones again.
If you want to increase the limit of 1000 products, you can upgrade Ali2Woo plugin to the versions allowing more products. Want to upgrade? Checkout the page for details.
Thanks

KeymasterNovember 21, 2018 at 6:52 pm in reply to: How to charge another shipping fee for manual added (own) products? #6115When you will disable the Ali2Woo shipping calculation, you can set the flat rate for particular shipping class (Ali2Woo shipping class) in the WooCommerce settings. I mean there is no need for the new “my customized rate for this class” option.
We’re going to implement the “Default Shipping Class” option in a few days.

KeymasterNovember 21, 2018 at 6:36 am in reply to: How can i search For Products that can be Shipped in 7 Days to Indian Customer #61121. In my previous reply there is a link to the resource about fast shipping method for India. Have you check it?
2. You can use Ali2Woo chrome extension to highlight the products (on AliExpress) having that shipping option. It will help you to easy search for items suitable for India.
3. Yes, we have customers whose stores serve the orders from India.
4. Normally we don’t give the refund and try to help our customers to solve their issues with the plugin.
Thanks

KeymasterNovember 21, 2018 at 6:22 am in reply to: How to charge another shipping fee for manual added (own) products? #6110I think we could add a little improvement to Ali2Woo plugin.
It could be the option to set a default shipping class for all products imported through Ali2Woo plugin.
What do you think? Whether it can solve your task?

KeymasterNovember 20, 2018 at 5:44 am in reply to: “Bad auth token” error and how to increase the products limit? #6102Hello,
if i buy your $70 Advanced pack and 1st month complete 30000 product Upload in my 10 site and not paid next month. is my all product work or not?
If you will not pay for the next month, the pricing and stock synchronization will work for 1000 products only. The plugin will not delete your products, but the synchronization will not work.
in my Starter pack if i download 1000 product in my site then some day later i delete 200 product and again download 200 product- can it possible?
Yes, if you delete 200 products, then you can import 200 ones again.
Thanks

KeymasterNovember 19, 2018 at 9:49 pm in reply to: “Bad auth token” error and how to increase the products limit? #6077Please don’t put your Purchase Code in your messages on the forum.
You can send your purchase code to the support center, because it’s private area for our customers.
As for your question – if you want to increase a limit for products, you can buy the upgrade, please check the available packages and choose.
Thanks

KeymasterNovember 19, 2018 at 9:43 pm in reply to: How can i search For Products that can be Shipped in 7 Days to Indian Customer #6075Hello, since ePacket shipping option is not available for India, we recommend to find some alternative method. You can check the following article about the shipping options similar to ePacket for India.

KeymasterNovember 19, 2018 at 8:21 pm in reply to: How to charge another shipping fee for manual added (own) products? #6069By default WooCommerce allows to set several shipping methods for the same shipping zone. When you add the Flat Rate shipping, WooCommerce will require your customers to choose between Ali2Woo shipping method (if enabled) and the Flat Rate one. That’s why that issue occurred.
So default behavior is not suitable for your case.
There are two choices:
1) Add a custom code inside Ali2Woo shipping method to program the calculation for non-Ali2Woo products and use the logic you need (for example flat price). We can prepare the cost for the task if you choose this way.
2) Don’t use Ali2Woo shipping calculation at all. You can disable it in the plugin settings. And set up your own shipping methods in WooCommerce.
Thanks
