If the plugin no longer works, why are you still selling it?
That is a ridiculous price. When I purchased the plugin, there was no mention of monthly charges. You should be issuing a refund for those who do not want to continue with this new monthly fee.
Email support – they have been responsive to my issues.

I am so angry now – everything that was imported into my online store has to be reimported using a different plugin because the price and stock are no longer being updated.
$100 per month is not a reasonable price – I would rather switch to a different plugin.
If you are no longer supporting or going to change your pricing model, shouldn’t you either grandfather current users or refund the money for the plugin?
It appears that Ali2Woo went belly up… eBay2Woo stopped working also. No one from support is replying.
S0 now that this plugin is no longer working, does that mean any products imported into an online store are not getting their price and inventory levels synched?
They are no longer selling the plugin which tells me that we are SOL
I wonder if eBay made some changes on their end and the plugin is failing now until a new version is released.
I posted in Ali2Woo forum thinking that it is frequented more often and nothing. I even posted on their YouTube channel zilch… very frustrating.
I also submitted 2 tickets and no one is bothering to respond. The support is horrible.
