    I’m setting up a small workshop and need an adapter for both diagnostics and ECU reprogramming. Several of the tools I’m considering use J2534, but I’m not sure what to check before buying. Is it enough for the adapter to support the standard, or should I also verify compatibility with the software and its drivers? I’d appreciate recommendations for a versatile option that could work with different programs.
