The ali2woo plugin loads products in the background mode in chunks. First, it loads the product title, description, then loads its variants and images, reviews, etc. You have to check if the background loading is active in your plugin settings: screenshot.

1) From your screenshots i see that you enabled “not import description” feature in the plugin settings, therefore the plugin doesn’t import product description
2) As for a problem with swatches images, what plugin do you use for swatches?
