Hello, if you use the Ali2Woo full version, there should not be N/A but the actual value instead.
In contrast, in the Ali2Woo Lite you will see N/A because this is the premium plugin feature.

Some people copy their API Key instead of purchase key to the plugin settings. That’s why i recommend to double check this. Make sure you insert the license on the common settings in the purchase key field: see article

Yes, we found the issue, before adding your key to the ali2woo account, you need to active the key on some website. So just add purchase key in the plugin settings on a website and import at list one product there. Then you key will become activated.
