Hello, this is a known problem of AliExpress API. It doesn’t provide data with very good precision. Sometimes It gets old prices and stock. This is one of the main reasons why we released another plugin – AliNext at the begining of this year. AliNext is based on our own parsers instead and provide very accurate data (prices and stock) from AlIExpress.

AliExpress manages this on their side. You get a token and then tey watch for your token activity. Thet don’t have api method to get the remaining quota for your token. So this is a black box.

Hello, do you experience the problem when import some product from AliExpress portal using chrome extension? Please share a link to that product, we will check it. Some people report about similar problem and as we found AliExpress portal has a cache and sometimes use old product ids for new products, that’s why when plugin import them, it gets new products actually. But anyway please share the link we will check it.

Hello, it means that seller on AliExpress changed product on AliExpress. Visually the product can be the same, but when product is republished on AliExpress, it changes all variants ids, therefore plugin can’t match your products in your order with aliexpress product.

Solutions:

1. You can place such product manually
2. You can override product with itself using override feature: https://help.ali2woo.com/codex/how-to-change-the-product-supplier/
