The Ali2Woo plugin can show the shipping selection for your users on the product page or/and in the cart/checkout page. You can read more a bout the feature here: https://help.ali2woo.com/codex/shipping-settings/

The single thing that is not implemented but we can do that as a custom work – determine user location by customer`s IP. Please contact our support center to discuss this.
