Can I update a product that is out of stock with another seller that has the same product on Aliexpress?
Yes, just open product edit page and go to A2W Data tab, there you can input a new external (AliExpress) product ID. After that you need to save changes and make the AliExpress synchronization for this product.
I figured it out what’s weird is I’d set the multiplier and then click save and then apply the prices, and then save again and the prices wouldn’t change.

when I click on order fulfillment in WP back-office, the billing fields from our WP website are not all corresponding to the Aliexpress billing fields. It means that we have to do some manual modification. Is there a way so that these fields are filled in automatically?

1. After you have downloaded the Ali2Woo plugin from CodeCanyon, you get the plugin archive.
You need to find another (installable) archive which is inside of the first archive.2. Insert your purchase code to the plugin settings and try to import and push at least one products.
After that, your purchase key will be activated in our system and you can use it when logging into Ali2Woo website.If you can’t resolve these issues, just send a ticket to our support center. We’ll help you.

You need to edit the comment settings via WordPress.
Go to Settings > Discussion from the WordPress dashboard. Then under “Other comment Settings” check the box that says “Break comments into pages with [number]….”
What ever you set the [number] as is how many reviews will show on the review tab. The rest get paginated.

So you will just open your order list page, then click a button “Place All” and the chrome extension place each order in the list. This is the feature you’re looking for?

1. Ali2Woo use built-in comments to keep the reviews imported from AliExpress. So your question is about how to change the order of WordPress comments. The only option to change the ordering is using the option you can find in
WP Dashboard > Settings -> Discussion > Other comment settings > Comments should be displayed with the older/newer comments at the top of each page.
As for reviews you can’t edit – you can send a ticket to the support center and we’ll check the issue.
2. It looks like some cache on your side. Do you use any cache plugins?

It takes some time before a new version becomes available on CodeCanyon. Their team approve the update and then it’s opened for everybody. Please check it now, it should be there already.
